InstallAware

I am using a Win XP Pro laptop. When I start InstallAware to use it I get the splash screen, but that is as far as it goes. It works fine on my Win2K computer.

Are there any services or products that you know of that can cause a hang?

Hi Jerry,

There are no known issues at this time. It would help if you could provide more information on error messages, if any, and so on. Also you can try double-clicking an existing project to open that in the IDE directly and see if that helps.
