dot Net Plug-In extraction error

I'm modifying my IA Developer 5 setup to add .NET Framework runtime and I get the following error after Extracting Web Media: dot Net Plug-In completes downloading:

"Extracting of installation data downloaded from the web has failed. What would you like to do?
- Download a fresh copy of the installation data.
- Try to extract the existing download data again."

I tried both of the options, repeatedly and can never successfully install the dot Net Plug-In. I have broadband internet service and am not experiencing any service interruptions. The Plug-In.7zip file actually downloads. I can access it from the IE cache. I tried clearing out the IE cache in order to effectively force a download, but that didn't work either. The 45mb file gets downloaded again but fails extraction.

I'm running IA Developer 5.2 build Ponderosa_sp2.060222 under win xp professional 2002 SP2 on a hyperthreaded intel pentium 4.

Me too!

Does the Web Media Block Name exactly match the download file name without the .7zip extension?

Be sure the Download URL field of the Web Media Block command matches exactly the URL where your plug-in is being downloaded from, and that URL is serving the exact web media block file that is built by your setup.
