Can't login to myinstallaware.com to regenerate license

Hello,

I just downloaded Studio Admin 5.3 and want to regenerate the license utility (we purchased 5.1 a month or so ago). However when I try to login to myinstallaware, I can't get past the login. I enter the username and pw, click "Submit", and both fields clear but nothing else happens. If I use a bad password, I get the "Invalid login attempt" screen, but when I use the right pw, nothing.

This seems like a fairly important issue. Anyone else have this problem? What are my options?
