Hi Aviv. I regenerated my license, did a complete reinstall of IA12, this time with all options instead of custom install. It still doesn't build from the command line but does build from within the IDE. I'm downloading the Trial version now and will try it again. Thanks for your help!

More info that may offer clues...

If I open the project by double-clicking the .mpr file from Windows Explorer and then clicking the Build button, I get the error. If I then open the project from the Open Project folder icon and then click Build, it builds successfully.

Dear IA customers,

We seem to be unable to reproduce this issue in house. We are working directly with the OP to find out what the problem is (our guess is that it is specific to his machine).
We will keep all of you posted.
