Uninstall Service (IA 2005 Studio)

When I use the Install Service command the Service is not automatically removed on an uninstall (the service is not running).

Is this a bug or do I need any additional commands?

This is by design in Windows Installer. You need to use the Control Service command and specify the Stop and delete the service on uninstall control setting. This will take care of it for you. Note that its best if you place this command right after your Install Service command. Do not place it before Apply Uninstall - this command should execute in the same block that calls Apply Install, as it will log the action for uninstallation at install time.
