Issue with temporary folders

Postby pokr2 » Thu Jul 19, 2012 5:04 pm

Hi,

I am having a problem which I believe is similar to the one described here:

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3049

An answer to that post recommends to read:

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2893,

which seems to have helped the original user having the problem.

When I try to follow the recommended link though, I get an error message "You are not authorized to visit that link".

Could anybody help me to access the contents of that solution, or otherwise point at how to solve the problem?

Thanks in advance, best regards,

Octavio

Dear Octavio,

that link has been looked because it is a workaround related to old IA versions (\"Project Upgrade\" Issues from 6.x to 7.x").
The use of that solution could cause issues if not used with that versions only.

Which is the InstallAware version you are using?

Regards.

Dear Octavio,

could you please try to describe which is your issue?

Beacuse your version ... I'm not quite sure that you have the same described with topic you are referring to.
