bug???:
when NOEXE is set as a Project Options compiler variable, it can't be overridden, when passing it in when doing a command line build;
= miabuild.exe <myprojectfile> NOEXE=FALSE...

just to confirm that the issue has been logged to our fixes list.

Currently, I can't say about the availability of the fix.
