Write into Text File needs a 'no BOM' option

Look, I don't care much anymore that InstallAware now writes its own files in UTF8 with BOM.
Most users will have made the necessary adjustments by now.

But I don't understand why you're forcing on us a file encoding with BOM for external files,
while writing them without BOM could be easily implemented with a few lines of code.

The people from VSoft (FinalBuilder) implemented this feature the same day I asked for it.

I said: "I don't believe it will be implemented", just because I have already asked about the possibility to implement such feature in the past.

Probably the demands are really few.

At any rate, IA is not a closed box and it's Always possible to create a custom plugin for that.
