In my development box, I am running out of space, and I discovered that I have about 10-20 GB in ProgramData from old installations (attempted over and over again) etc. How do I delete these? Can I delete these? Is there a clean up InstallAware cache command? Some are quite big.

it depends on what these folders contain.

In case these are left by previous IA version installations (... not installed anymore on your OS), you can delete them.
