Hello,

Previously we were using InstallAware Studio 2012 and now we have upgraded to InstallAware Studio 18.04.

After upgrading we are facing random corrupt installation issues. The libraries(dll and .exe) in our product are getting corrupted.
Our users are facing this issue majorly on Windows 8 and Windows XP systems.

After installation the version, icon, digital signature of assemblies gets lost which shows they are in corrupted state.
There are no specific steps to reproduce this issue. On simply installing the product its libraries are getting corrupted.

We are loosing our clients trust. Please provide a solution for this issue ASAP.

Dear User,

honestly, I don't believe that exist any relation with InstallAware 18 and the issue you are experiencing.

The IA 18 product installer itself has been released using the same InstallAware version ... If that were true, can you imagine the numbers of complains that we should receive?

I suggest you instead, to check if exist anything else that could corrupt your package during its distribution and/or if its corruption is caused by an Anti-Virus.

Hope this helps you.
