I have added a new plug-in to my free tool set for InstallAware:

The Config Service 2 Plug-In!

This plug-in allows you to to set the start type of a Windows Service and two simple recovery actions: Restart the service or reboot the machine.
This is a companion to my other plug-in Disk Technology.
