.NetBridge works in debug but not runtime

Hi,
I have created my .NetBridge project with a lot of help and guidance from examples and threads posted by bokkie and others. The issue I have come up against is that the bridge works fine in debug mode via the IA UI however when I change it to release and run it standalone, the bridge doesn't even get called.
Must be a simple error on my part but ....
