Manage Service(s) plug-in

This plug-in provides easy management functions for a list of NT services and was developed to solve the following problem: how to update files easily which are in use by several NT services?. Main features:
- • Checks the state of all specified services and stores the result into a variable
• Stops all running services
• Restarts all stopped services
