EditFile plugin

Is it possible to have a line break in the replacement? I discovered that $NEWLINE$ is not possible...
Also wildcards would be helpful.

Hello,

I'm trying to use the plugin "editfile"but during the compilation error appears:
Error during build: Failed to compile plug-in action: EditFile

What could be wrong?

It doesn't work with InstallAware 11, I get the same thing

Seemed to work with v12, but not 2012. I use this plugin a lot and hope there is an update coming soon.

Is the support for IA 2012 coming or has the plugin been abandoned?
If so, is IA team considering a similar functionality (that is crucial to any .NET installation)?
