Supporting localised update_scheduler_dialogs

The scheduler uses hard coded names for days and a hard coded 12h AM/PM format for the time.
If you localise the update_scheduler_dialog you also localise the day names and probably use a 24h time format.

I use the attached scripts to decode this back from German.
Maybe anybody else can use it.
