serial form not shown in dialoges

hi
i use installaware 17 studio admin
and i wanna use the serial form to check my serial
but when i create project in ui snad dialoge
there is no registrationwithserial form
why?
am i did something wrong?

Dear User,

... just change the default "Registration" dialog with "RegistrationwithSerial".
