new Dialog to choose a file

Hey there,

i wonder if it possible to create a dialog with that i can browse for a file and than add it to the installation?
For example:

My installation let you pick one out of 2 types:

- Full installation
- Developer installation

If you choose the developer installation you have to select a license-file which will be copy-pasted into the installation directory after the installation.
Is this possible? If yes, how?
