convert xp msi to vista-compatible msi

Is it possible to convert an XP .msi to a vista-compatible .msi with InstallAware? Thanks for any info!

Yes, any setup you create, or capture/import and re-create in InstallAware will be automatically Vista compliant.

hi, thanks for the response. I imported the .msi and am wondering what to do afterwards? Which command will recompile it? I keep getting an error message saying it can't assemble something when I tried the build command. thanks -

I think you will find it easier to use PackageAware - please give that one a try instead!
