I need to know the link where I can download previous version of InstallAware, specifically, I need to download version 5.

I also need to know how I license a previous version. I tried obtaining my license file by logging to http://www.myinstallaware.com using my user name and password but the page said that the account was expired.

InstallAware does not offer old versions for download.
Please refer to your backups.

I probably made a backup copy at one time but I am unable to find the backup disk.

I am having a hard time understanding what’s the problem with providing a way to download a previous version. What’s the sticky point? I have all of the order information I received when I purchased InstallAware version 5 if you need prove that I legally purchase a previous version.

I realize that I should have a backup but I don’t so what are my options here? I need the software to create my distributions files and I don’t have the $450 to upgrade to version 6 right now especially when version 5 will do the job perfectly fine.

I need version 5 installation files and a way to license the product.

Give me a break.
