\"Faulty\" Pre-Installation Dialog - Can this issue be fixed?

I have a question about your dialog window design for the "preparing to install" dialog.
I'm evaluating to purchase the "Developer" edition as I don't really need dialog customization, however, one of your dialogs - the one that displays just prior to installation beginning depicts the standard windows Flying Files animation.
This is VERY confusing for end users as the installation does not begin until they press "next" on that screen, but, a casual glance looks like the installation is already in progress because of the flying files animation.
This would be a show stopper to me and force me to purchase a competing product as I don't want to spend an additional $500 to fix this problem by upgrading to the higher version with dialog editing!
Can you please advise? Have others reported this snafu? I would imagine this dialog causes significant confusion with end users!
