Program size misreported in Add/Remove Programs?

I created a compressed EXE installer for a project that is roughly 15 MB. However, when I look at it in "Add or Remove Programs" under the control panel, it reports as being 856.00 MB. What is causing this?

The ARP applet seems to have a mind of its own. This number is calculated by the ARP applet itself and is not contributed to by InstallAware.
