I see that with my .net application, when I build a web media package I have three parts to it - the install program, windows installer, and .net 2.0.

I'm still a bit confused about-
Does the person downloading the software need to install all three files?
If no, what do I do with these files?
These specific questions bascially are saying after reading the instructions, I am not sure how to do a simple web media block sample project yet. Thank you.
