Hi,

If we run the setup( install / uninstall) the setup does not allow to log off or shut down the system.
Please help me foe this topic

This is by design. You cannot abort a setup halfway, therefore as a precaution you will not be able to initiate a shutdown or logoff while a setup wizard screen is showing.
