Maximum number of licenses dialog

Hello!
In our company we have at least two separate licenses for InstallAware (with different versions). The one I use (InstallAware 8) is installed on a server and I use remote connection to work with it (so the build machine can be as pure as possible). Several times a day I see the dialog "Maximum number of InstallAware licenses has exceeded" and the program is shut down. I am almost absolutely sure that I am the only one who works with this license.
Is it possible that it is a bug in the license detection system?
Do you have any tool that I can use too see who or which computers the license system thinks is using the same license?

Its possible your license contains only one user instead of two. Please privately email me your license account login so I can check for you.

I mailed you 6 days ago and a sent a reminder mail yesterday, but have not heard anything from you. I can still not work normally since the license dialog appears now and then and shuts down the program.
