Upgrqade Question _ Office Ad-ins

I thought I read that the latest version (9) had new tools to publish/deploy Office ad-ins. If this is true I have not been able to find anything in the help files or on this site. Can anyone help?

You can use MSIcode and the visual designers to support them but I don't think we have dedicated views, no.

So there is nothing differnet about it from my current version (7) when it comes to dealing with ad-ins?
