Hi,
My company is about to buy InstallAware as new Install Authoring Tool. We have some questions to ensure that we thought about everything
We plan to buy InstallAware Studio Admin edition.
1. We want to use the commandline builds on a terminal server. Can InstallAware cmdline build handle that multiple users is compiling at the same time?
2. We need translation into different languages. Do we need any extra software to handle translation of custom text strings? Can all languages be compiled into one installer?
Best regards
Martin

Hi Martin,
1. This will work with InstallAware 9, as long as each user has their own separate temp folder path. With prior versions, simultaneous multiple builds on the same machine have problems (not due to terminal server per se).
2. InstallAware 9 has built-in localizations for 35 languages (previous versions did not). Additionally, all tools to localize extra/custom strings are bundled with the product.
We even have third party translation tools with dictionaries that are available (they're not necessary, though very affordable: www.casic.de).
And yes of course, you may build a single installer with all your languages.
