Hi,

I have finally persuaded by boss that we need to upgrade our edition of InstallAware. We have v6.14 Studio. Please could you confirm whether we can perform a straight upgrade? Also I am hope to take this opportunity to install InstallAware on a new PC, and no longer use it on the old PC. Would this be possible with the upgrade?

Yes, you may purchase a direct upgrade to V10. We will update your account and you will be able to re-generate a license for V10.

Hi,
We paid for our new version of InstallAware on Friday morning. We are however still waiting for our license. I sent an email to the support email address and got Ticket ID: AVX-104047

Really need to get the license that we paid for so I can deliver our product to a customer.

Please could you take a look at this for me.
