InstallAware

Hi,

We(Belmah Strategies(Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.) has bought InstallAware Studio last week and we got the Serial Key too. but how to activate that serial Key. when i tried to use the menu Help->Licensing, it ask me for the credit card detail again.

how to activate the serial key in installaware. or should i reinstall the application to activate the licensing or has to download another version.

More over, it seems that there is no confirmation email from InstallAware.

Can any one guide me.

Please retain the temporary serial number for your records. You will have received another email from us less than 24 hours of your order, containing your download instructions for the licensed version of the product. Please follow the instructions in that email.

If you believe you have not received that email, please double-check all spam folders. If you still cannot locate your license email, you will need to contact us privately - as we cannot post your download account details here on a public forum!
