I just upgraded from CodeGear C++Builder 2009 to Embarcadero C++Builder XE, but the InstallAware Express CodeGear Special Edition that comes with the XE version is the same one that comes with the 2009 version. I want to upgrade to the InstallAware Express version to pick up Windows 7 support. Am I eligible for an instant discount of 50%?
