Version problem - how do we resolve?

IA sales...

We are customers who started with IA7 Studio version which we used for a couple years and have become dedicated users of. After bugging the boss for months to get us up-to-date with IA, he purchased IA10 Developer version. This was clearly a mistake because obviously, by purchasing the Developer version, we lost functionality such as the forms designer and compiler variables. We need those features!

Can you instruct me how we can resolve this problem? Do we need to 'return' IA10 Developer to get the Studio version - or can we pay a bit more money to get us up to Studio version? How do I proceed on a problem like this?

You can simply ask for a refund for your Developer purchase and purchase our Studio version upgrade.
