how to get the correct spelling (eastern european languages)

Hello,
I am evaluating your software and I have some questions to ask:
I need the setup to allow the user to switch between languages. I have managed it using
your translation manager, but I have a problem with the encoding. The language files must
be in the ANSI encoding and some of the diacritical signs are missing in the compiled setup
Is there any workaround to overcome this issue?
