I’m sorry for stupid question, but where could I get mentioned hotfix? On Product Downloads page I can see only 9.02 version (Released to Manufacturing on: May 24, 2009)

I am running the following version below:
InstallAware 9 (Build Moya.sp1.070409)
Do I need the hotfix?

Please try the attached mMSIExec.dll. You can copy it to:
InstallPath\InstallAware 9 R2\Plug-Ins\MSXML
Copy/backup the old version before replacing.
Rebuild your project and give it a shot.
