I try to make setup from another pc also but get same error so want to know what step I missed!

Just try creating a project from the Basic Setup template (InstallAware -> New Project -> Templates -> Basic Setup).
Build this new setup and run it - does it work?

That program you are getting an error on IS NOT an InstallAware setup, its your own exe, and therefore I do not know why you have errors with it..
