Create shortcut at menu Start or somewhere and just run it.
Remember to set correct folder in "Start At"

Actually this Run $TITLE$ thing should be removed from your installer if you have users on Windows Vista, and your application is sensitive to UAC/Elevation.
Because your installer will run elevated on Windows Vista, it runs your application elevated too while you may expect your application to run normally.
Pay attention to Vista, because it changes so many things.
