Client Error \"\"Unable to load plug in library\"

I am a client of a software provider that uses InstallAware. When I try to install their product it brings up error message:
"Unable to load plug in library. Please rebuild project and make sure all plugs are installed. Action skipped"
After I enter their Serial Number and Unlock Code.
It then displays subsequent message "Invalid Serial Number / Unock Code"

(I can install their previous release from last month with InstallAware and same codes no problems)

They CANNOT replicate the issue and their other clients have no problem installing, so that is why I'm asking for help here. They have rebuilt the installation.exe for me but still the same.
Any idea what could be happening? - Must be something on MY system?
I am on Windows XP and had AV software (Trend Micro) disengaged while trying to install.
Any suggestions appreciated.

I believe your system may be lacking some DLLs that the plugin library requires. This might explain why it works on some systems and fails on others - if the DLL loading procedure was at error, I would have expected it to fail on all systems.

Please ask your vendor whether they added any new dependencies to their DLL in the last month.

\"\"Unable to load plug in library\" an InstallAware problem?

Hi

I'v got the exactly ths same problem with installation of Products from Nevrona.
Old installatin works alright but after Nevronas upgrade of installation program (InstallAware) the problem appear.

I've got Windows XP and have installed all Windows updates.
Please see if it isn't InstallAware that causes the problem.

What did you do in the latest release

Best regards

There are no known issues with InstallAware's plug-in loading mechanism at this time. Please contact Nevrona directly - they should be able to help you with the setup.

Do NOT run any system cleaning program during the installation...
