We have an installation using the new Website Retrieval functionality. The installation properly pulls the websites installed on the machine on Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP, however, nothing is returned when the same install is run on Vista.

Any help or direction on this would be appreciated. Thanks.

To add to my previous post, I just moved ahead to see if I could create a new website versus adding a Virtual Folder. It did not create the website. Is this an issue with IIS 7?

FYI, I re-installed InstallAware and clicked the check box to create a website. The website did not get created through your install either.

OK...if you load IIS 6 compatability in conjunction with the IIS 7 then the websites come back and the website and/or virtual folder will be installed. So I take that to mean the InstallAware at the moment does not have true IIS 7 support. Is this correct?

I ran into this now with IA7, so I'd be interested if there are any news on IIS7 support

I started complaining about lack of support for IIS7 exactly a year ago!
When were playing with the Beta versions.

At that time I was told it would likely be in IA7 and I would see it soon ! :(

As our application is totally Web Based this is a major omission to the Installaware offering.

Installaware seems to have a different defintion of soon to me!
