is it possible to set a feature/component state (i. g. Monitor CLient.SELECTED = TRUE) through the command line?

As you can see in the attached project, I have created a higher feature in my feature tree ("server side") and changed the sub-features accordingly in my MSI Script. Now IA is not allowing me to select my "database" feature in the feature list, nor change it in MSI Script. What's wrong with my project? What happened?
