64-bit Application Runtimes in v7?

Are they present? I can only find/generate 32-bit ones?

My installer is 64-bit aware - however, as I understand it IA installer EXEs are 32-bit only. So my question was how do I generate 64-bit versions of the various Application Runtimes so if I detect I'm on a 64-bit box the installer automagically downloads a 64-bit version of the .NET 2.0 runtime (for example)? The 32-bit IA generated .NET2.0 7zip runtime won't install on a 64-bit box.
