Delphi dbExpress folder not found

When clicking in the Applications Runtime "Codegear Database Express 4" I get the following error:
Error during build: No files matching pattern "C:\\Program Files\\CodeGear\\RAD Studio\\5.0\\\\dbExpress\\*.ini"
I don't have a dbEpress folder.
