Loading from .HTM billboard a flash obj from external server

I'm curios if it's possible to set in a dialog a html frame that will use index.htm, and in the .htm file to "call" a flash object located on server.
I tried but it didn't work, so now i'm asking you guys if i'm doing something wrong or it's simply not possible to do this.
