How to Enable/disable a button by dll funciton

I want use IA to make an MSI installer, I need some help:
I want show a dialog and execute one dll fucntion backgroud, the dll should enable/disable "next" button in dialog, and set position of one processbar, Can IA achieve this? and how?
by the way, how can I set label's font size to 8.5pt( UI designer only let me set 8pt, no fraction)?
Help me, please!
