MIABUILD does not work correctly

I have tried to use MIABUILD in the past without luck, but am at a stage that I have to get it working as it takes to long to manually build each installation.
I have tried manually calling miabuild and I am now using Automated Build Studio and have the same results.
I have one installation that is a Web Compressed build. Everything appears to build as it should. The problem is when the setup is run. It never gets past the "InstallAware is preparing the InstallAware Wizard..." dialog. If you wait long enough, it will then produce an error that says "Runtime error installation: Out of memory."
Now, if I open up InstallAware and build this manually, it will work fine. This is consistent and appears to only happen to my Web Compressed builds.
I really need help here as I have already spent way more time on this than necessary. See the attached screen shot of the error. You can see all of the dialogs that appear.
Again, if I build this manually through the InstallAware IDE, the install builds correctly.
