DLL function set dialog listbox

1. I need dynamic add item to listbox in dialog according devices number and device names returned from DLL fucntion.
(but listbox can only recieve data from component list.)
2. I want exchange data between dialog and my DLL dynamicly during dialog showing and DLL function running. Such as set Label set, enable/disable one button. Is there some way?
2. I canot input fraction to label font size 8.5? I'm right?.
