Virtual Directory Configuration dialog

In IIS, there is an Application Name and a starting point. When I create the installer, it creates an application, populates the starting point, but it leaves the application name field blank.
Am I doing something wrong in my package? or is this a bug?
If I click remove and then create manually, it populates the application name.
