How can you install/uninstall a service by feature

I have a project where I am installing three separate services, each one is it's own feature. The Services view does not let you specify which feature the service would belong to. Can this be done through the IDE or would this have to done through MSIcode?

It looks like you can do this quite easily in the MSICode. Just wrap the install service command inside if blocks that check the selection state of the feature.
