How to create self extraction of setup.exe

Hi,
I have webpage , i want to give a link which will extract setup.exe in user's computer. then when user clicks on it . then setup should start.
Means how to create a self extracting file for the installer.
One thing is that, this installer is windows .net setup means msi installer.
Please help me.
