InstallAware

hi all,
I´m using InstallAware 6 CodeGear Special Edition. I developed an application including a MS Access database. The generated setup works but after start of the installed application there´s the message: [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] '(unknown)' is no valid path.

I cant´t find the fault. How do I correctly include the database/driver?

Have you tried including the MDAC 2.8 (SP1) runtime component?

You might also need to deploy Microsoft's Jet database engine (depending on your application), but Jet is already present on XP and Vista systems anyway iirc.

I think I tried nearly everything but it doesn´t work anyway

Are you running a 64 bit os? In that case you don't have support for Access unless you compile your source for only x32 use. There are no Access drivers for 64 bit.
