Two Entries in Add-Rmove Programs

My setup.exe is putting 2 entries in add/remove programs.
The first entry seems to contain the text from the "Title" field from the Summary Information
The second entry seems to contain the "Product Name" from the Project Properties field.
Although both entries have a "Remove" button, only the 2nd actually removes the application opening at the "Uninstall" dialog as expected. Clicking on "Remove" for the first entry runs setup again from the beginning to perform an "install".
Any ideas how I can remove the unwanted "First" entry ?
