Localized strings not displaying during uninstall

I have my project localized for Spanish. When I run the installer, everything is localized. But when I run the uninstaller, all the strings are in English. Do I need to set the language to Spanish when the uninstaller is started?

After doing some research in the forums, I found that changing the title of the installer while the installer is running is what causes the strings to not appear in spansih when I run the uninstaller. I was checking to see what language the OS was running in and if it was Spanish, then I changed the name to a Spanish name.
Instead, I am using the Language dropdown menu when the user runs the installer.
