I have created a new Application Runtime for a third party Setup.exe file. Everything works fine but I have a problem.
I use "Run Program As" command and set "Wait for program to finish", but it doesn't wait for that setup.exe to finish. the setup.exe runs in background and the installation of my program continues without waiting for that to finish. and major problem in this case is if the main installation finishes before the setup.exe, that background installation will not complete.
I use /install /s for silent installation (for the 3rd party setup.exe).

Please someone help me

You might try setting it up with a Pre-Req. I've noticed that using a wait on setup files does not always work, because I believe it runs a separate stub to for the execution and setup is bascially just an unpacker (which would complete and the run the stub), so IA we actually be doing what it is told to do.
